Sophora Prostata -- Plant of the Week 34
Otherwise known as "Little baby" or "Honey tree"
Sophora Prostrata (Dwargkowhai in Swedish) is native to New Zealand. Its a low growing shrub, only growing up to a couple of feet. Its known for is delicate leaves. It also blooms beautiful flowers.
How to Care for Little baby:
Prefers to be in the sun with light shade, preferably outside in the summertime.
Keep the soil lightly moist, not dry, do not soak it. In the winter time, water it less.
Fertilise lightly from spring to autumn.
This plant is probably the most adorable little tree you can find for your apartment!
